APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
On the day of your appointment, please arrive at Angels about 5 minutes before your appointment time. There will be a red door with the Angels logo, and it may be locked. You will be let in at your appointment time.
Please be hydrated and have eaten a substantial meal. Especially if you are coming in for an early appointment, please eat breakfast. Bring water, snacks, headphones, or anything you may need to feel comfortable. Loose-fitting clothes that you don't mind getting potentially stained are recommended.
Do not take any drugs, alcohol, or painkillers within 24 hours before your tattoo. Do not use any numbing creams, unless we have discussed this prior. Moisturize the area to be tattooed daily for at least a week beforehand if possible.
Due to limited space, do not bring a guest.
Wear an N-95 / KN-95 mask or similar equivalent to your appointment. We will both remain masked for the entirety of the appointment.
Bring cash and a valid ID. I do not accept electronic payments (except for deposits), so please stop at the ATM beforehand to grab cash. If you forget to bring cash, there is a $25 fee. If we size up your design or add additional elements, the cost will be affected. Remember that a good rule of thumb for sliding scale pricing is paying an amount you can afford that also feels generous.
E-mail bluewallick@gmail.com with any questions, to cancel, or to reschedule. I reply to e-mails during business hours, please do not double e-mail on weekends or at night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is non-refundable, but goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. I will honor your deposit if you’d like to reschedule and give me at least 48 business hours notice via email. You can reschedule once, and it must be within a month of your original appointment. Canceling forfeits your deposit.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
Here are aftercare instructions, should you need them. Please follow the steps according to how your tattoo has been wrapped.
ミ☆ Saniderm:
The bandage on your tattoo can be left on for 1-3 days (24 hours minimum and 72 hours maximum)! You can shower with the bandage on. The tattoo will start to look strange underneath; beneath the bandage may turn brown or black with ink, blood, and plasma. This is normal, let it rest.

Remove the bandage earlier if it is leaking, filled with sweat, or starts to fall off. Please remove your bandage in the shower, peeling it slowly, like a command strip. Use the water to help work off the adhesive. Do NOT rip it off quickly, this risks damaging your new tattoo.

ミ☆ Plastic wrap:
Remove your plastic wrap within 4-6 hours of being tattooed, unless told otherwise. Do not reapply a wrap.

ミ☆ Aftercare:
1) Wash the area with warm water and unscented mild soap-- antibacterial is best, but anything gentle will do.
2) Pat the area dry with a clean towel, and let air dry for 5 minutes.
*If you would like to reapply Saniderm, put on a fresh piece now. Your fresh piece can stay on for up to 6 days. Otherwise, continue the aftercare.
3) Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or A&D ointment. Aquaphor and A&D can be purchased at CVS or Walgreens. Unscented lotions and body butters work if it is all you have.

Repeat steps 1-3 twice a day until your tattoo is healed (2-4 weeks). Avoid scratchy/wooly fabrics over your tattoo. Do not scratch or pick at your tattoos. For one month, avoid soaking your tattoo in water, going swimming, or prolonged sun exposure. Always wear sunscreen on your healed tattoos.
